- Approximately 30% critical care and inpatient pulmonary work
- Facility allows easy transition from outpatient to inpatient
- Excellent referral base from within the clinics and surrounding area

- Outreach to surrounding areas
- 1.0 FTE pulmonary is a two-year salary floor of $505,904-$505,904 prorated to FTE
- Critical Care is paid hourly ($234.07- $292.58)
- 1,956 hours annually is 1.0 FTE critical care
