OVERVIEW

JOB PURPOSE
Front Desk associates are the first to greet new and current clients that walk in the door and assist them with inquiries as well as handling any and all administrative tasks that occur.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School degree or equivalent
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office & SharePoint)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Candidates should be creative, highly motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to function in a fast-paced independent environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform data entry for all new DUI, SSS, and IID intakes into the system.
· Taking and posting payments from clients.
· Handling and rerouting incoming phone calls.
· Assist with DRI Tests and driver history records as needed.
· Assist in the virtual file management process.
· Assist with the DUI Records Quality Assurance plan.
· Mail out letters, certificates, and paperwork.
· Maintain office supplies including ordering and stocking.
· Balance money with receipts and maintain petty cash.
· Provide prescreening & registration for SSS clients.
· Monitor treatment compliance/report completions or failures.
· Miscellaneous duties as determined by Program Manager or Clinical Supervisor.
NOTE: Hours for this position are determined by the chosen applicant and the supervisor. Minimum amount of hours per week: 25-29. This position is PART TIME so you will not be eligible for benefits.
