ADVOCATE RCM has been setting the benchmark in radiology billing since 1998.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as Vice President, Directors & Managers within Client Success at ADVOCATE RCM in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client success initiatives, managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will oversee a team of Directors and Managers to deliver exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in revenue growth and client success management
  • Knowledge of radiology billing processes and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in radiology, is a plus
