Join our construction team as a Quality Control Specialist to play an integral role in our customer's experiences!

This position is customer and contractor facing with the following job duties and responsibilities:

• Complete quality control walks after builds

• Compare work ticket against actual work completed,

• compare contractor completion form against work ticket ensuring scope of work is completed accordingly

• Compare work document against actual work completed to ensure contractor success

• Work with customers on any issues that may arise, using your excellent customer service skills, you will need to address customer issues with professionalism and care

• Able to develop a plan for repairs, create a work order based on findings, and complete minor repairs as needed.

• Be coachable and a problem solver that can contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a thorough background check

• Must possess a valid drivers license

• Must be able to climb a ladder and walk a roof

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

• Must thrive in the outdoors in various weather conditions

• Must be able to work non-traditional hours or overtime when required
