Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Nursing - Medical Center

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience

License : Active RN license

Certifications : Active BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS

Must-Have :

Willingness to float to the Emergency Department as helping hands

Job Description :

Work in a facility with 205 licensed beds and a 20-bed unit focused on stroke and cardiac care

Patient care includes General MS, Observation, Telemetry, CHF, Stroke, Hemodialysis, and Peritoneal Dialysis

Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1 : 5-6 for both day and night shifts

Receive one shift of orientation to understand the unit's flow

Required to wear navy blue scrubs
