Duties

- Answer patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance.
- Maintain organized records and files in accordance with office management procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient service delivery.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and office protocols to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
