Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring support.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Administer medications following prescribed schedules
- Support individuals with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields
- Proficiency in dementia care and medication administration
- Ability to operate medical alert systems and assistive devices
- Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols
- Capability to lift and move individuals safely
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards those in need
- Certification in Direct Support or relevant training is a plus
