About the Role
As a valued member of the Business Restructuring team, you will :
- Represent clients in high-profile bankruptcy cases and distressed situations.
- Work on complex corporate restructuring transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and debt restructuring.
- Participate in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Draft critical legal documents, including Chapter 11 filings, term sheets, plans of reorganization, and asset purchase agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders throughout the restructuring process.
- Stay ahead of evolving legal developments and regulatory changes.

Compensation
Per New York’s Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000–$365,000 , along with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
