In this role, you will :
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and manage diverse deal teams across the globe.
- Work on groundbreaking financial transactions for the world's largest financial institutions, private equity funds, and corporations.
- Collaborate across offices with a team of top-tier finance, M&A, capital markets, and project finance professionals.
- Own key responsibilities, from drafting and negotiating commitment letters to overseeing deal closings .

- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt finance , ideally with exposure to sponsored finance , direct lending , or private credit transactions .

- Business acumen , an ability to stay composed under pressure, and a proactive mindset.
- Admission to the bar and fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus).
