About the Opportunity :
As a member of this dynamic team, you will engage in high-level, impactful work, including :
- Litigation Management : Handling class actions and single-plaintiff cases involving wage disputes, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and more.
- Counseling & Advisory : Providing day-to-day advice on employment matters such as restrictive covenants, employee mobility, compensation practices, commission plans, and leave / accommodation policies.
- Transactional Work : Conducting employment due diligence and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating employment and severance agreements.
- Collaborative Environment : Working alongside leading attorneys in a supportive, collegial culture.
