About the Role

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team representing startup and founder-led fintech companies across all stages of development, from pre-formation to capital markets.
  • Play a key entrepreneurial role in building a high-growth practice, with significant mentoring and direct partner interaction.
  • Dive into a practice centered on developing strategies for emerging payment technologie s while navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
  • Contribute to a creative and forward-thinking team shaping the future of financial services innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in payment products / services and banking.
  • Exceptional writing skills to articulate complex legal analyses effectively.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives in nuanced regulatory environments.
  • A passion for fintech innovation and an energetic drive to help grow a practice.
  • Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible for admission).

    • Location & Work Arrangement

  • New York-based position with a hybrid work schedule (minimum two days in the office weekly, with flexibility for additional days as needed).
