Qualified candidates will bring 3-5 years of experience in FDA regulatory compliance within a top 100 law firm or similar sophisticated environment. The role involves advising clients on the following:
- Product development from preclinical through commercialization
- Regulatory compliance, including product labeling, manufacturing, inspections, recalls, and 483 responses
- Advertising and promotional practices under DSHEA, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and FTC Act
- Life sciences diligence for acquisitions and IPOs
- State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and cannabis licensure
