Our client seeks a mid-level to senior-level Associate (JD Class Years 2017–2021) to join their Investment Management subgroup. This position offers significant exposure to high-level transactional work and client engagement, perfect for a driven professional looking for increased responsibility and partner interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transactional Work in Investment Management : Hands-on involvement in private fund formation and other investment management matters.
- Regulatory Expertise : Work with the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
- Client Representation : Represent institutional investors, wealth advisor firms, and more.
