Ideal Candidate Qualifications
The firm is seeking associates with:
- 3-4 years of experience in patent and trade secrets litigation.
- Hands-on experience with inter partes review (IPR) petitions (highly desirable).
- A strong academic background with outstanding academic credentials.
- A degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (strongly preferred).
- Admission to practice before the USPTO (preferred).
- Admission to a relevant bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a track record of high-level performance at a comparable law firm.
