About The Opportunity

• Drafting and negotiating employment-related documents, such as employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and company policies.
• Counseling clients on diverse employment-related issues, providing strategic legal guidance to help navigate complex workplace matters.
• Corporate transaction support, addressing employment-related due diligence and integration concerns.
• (Optional but valued) Engaging in employment-related investigations or litigation.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Class of 2022 or earlier with strong exposure to employment law in a law firm setting.
• Expertise: Proven ability to draft employment-related documents and counsel clients effectively. Prior exposure to investigations or litigation is advantageous but not required.
• Credentials: Stellar academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar Admission: Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
