- Experience: 4–7 years of substantive corporate transactional experience at a national or international law firm.
- Skills:
- Exceptional research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize and manage significant workloads.
- Proven track record managing cross-border transactions and coordinating with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Education: J.D. from a nationally ranked law school.
- Licensure: Member of the bar in Illinois or Minnesota.
- Extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to navigate input from multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
- Business savvy with a results-oriented approach.
- Market-Leading Compensation: $310,000–$420,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and market.
