As a Corporate Associate , you will handle complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings. This fast-paced environment is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive attorney who thrives under pressure and excels in managing multifaceted deals across jurisdictions.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : 4–7 years of substantive corporate transactional experience at a national or international law firm.
Skills :
Exceptional research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
