Overview :
Starting Rate : $18.50 / hour

Minimum Education Required :
High School Diploma / GED
Additional Shift Details :
Sunday 830am-1030pm
Responsibilities :
- Maintain residence in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
- Assist individuals in their morning routines, ensuring that they are appropriately prepared for the routines of the day.
- Provide awake coverage when required to assist individuals in evacuating during fire drills or in any emergency situation.
- Assist people with medications and health care needs, monitor and communicate health care issues.
- Physically assist people during emergency procedures or as needed for required care.
- Participate in the development of Individual Service Plans and implement ISP objectives consistently.
- Ensure that peoples human rights, privacy and confidentiality are respected.
- Ensure that peoples transportation needs are met.
- Role model appropriate behaviors , dress and social norms.
- Maintain communication with other staff through the use of the daily log, incident reports, etc.
- Participate in all required trainings , staff meetings and supervisions.
- Complete required trainings and maintain certifications.
- Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.
