Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Offer assistance and supervision to staff members for program success and development.
- Administrative Processes: Manage administrative processes in consultation with the Administrative Director.
- Staff Scheduling: Develop and monitor staff scheduling for economy and program coverage.
- Budgeting: Interpret and monitor program budgets.
- Staff Meetings: Conduct staff meetings and supervise assigned staff.
- Client Support: Assist individuals with obtaining services and entitlements.
- Communication: Maintain communication and relationships with outside agencies.
- Reporting: Complete investigations, reviews, and reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or two years of program experience, including supervision and staff development.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with state human service systems and related treatment philosophy.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge and high energy level.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for client transportation.
