We are looking to enhance the efficiency of our team by adding a dynamic, responsible, and organized team member to perform a variety of administrative tasks that are vital to keeping our busy team running smoothly. This team member will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like, Gsuite, MS Excel and office equipment. If you are a self-starter, organized and ready to grow with our team this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Screen patients for government programs and transfer to specialist
- Scan documents
- Verifying payments and data entry
- Provide general support to visitors
- Work cooperatively with the team
- Handle all outgoing and incoming mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
Skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant will be a plus
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Self-starter excited to contribute to the team and be an office liaison!
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors.
- Outstanding polished telephone and email skills.
- Superb time-management skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Must be tech savvy. The ability to learn, grasp, and adapt to new technology is a must.
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Zoom, and other office productivity tools.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
