Description
- Experience with estimating software preferred
- Five years of civil site excavation experience.
- Assemble accurate and well–organized estimates for design-build projects.
- Analyze drawings and specifications for the project.
- Ability to estimate industrial- commercial- residential- farm projects.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Ensure site operators have clear, precise expectations of the project's progress.
- Prepare work to be estimated by gathering blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Ensure billing is performed as projects are completed.
- Ability to cost code projects.
- Identify labor, materials, and timelines.
Working Conditions
- Mostly outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
- Able to work 8 to 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required, and night shifts.
