The Role.
We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented Freelance Graphics Operator to join our dynamic and growing US team at AE Live. Reporting to the Graphic Supervisor and working closely with colleagues around the globe, you will be responsible for operating AE Live’s Virtual Production systems to provide live graphics to some of the leading broadcasters in the US and beyond, including Apple TV, Amazon Prime, FOX, CBS Sports, etc.
Your Role Accountabilities.
- Manage and control the Virtual environment(s), including but not limited to camera tracking delays, virtual studio camera positions, video routing for virtual video outputs, and garbage masking.
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring proper file storage, version control, and data backup procedures are followed.
- Execute on-air virtual graphics playout, collaborating closely with production teams to meet all show-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with technical staff to fulfill live and pre-recorded production needs, under the guidance of the show’s director and operations management.
- Report updates and project feedback to the Graphics Supervisor and Operations department and ensure correct processes are followed using AE Live internal reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and changes in a high-pressured, rapidly changing environment.
- Work a varied schedule which includes unsociable hours and weekends.
- Ability to work base days in AE Live’s NJ Secaucus HQ.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Pay range : $300-700 per day.
