Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to support full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and other related documentation.
- Manage pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and compliance-related requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Develop onboarding schedules in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain consistency and compliance in hiring practices .
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, marketing, engineering or other related field.
- 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role.
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations .
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Primary functions require physical ability and sufficient mobility to work in an office setting.
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
- Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
- Fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard.
- May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- May require occasional evenings and weekends with overtime expectations varying with workload.
- May be required to travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays out of town .
