What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Software Support position at AEB?
We in the Customer Service Operations department support our customers in all aspects of their operational business. This starts with troubleshooting and includes answers to technical questions, software or updating the solutions installed on site. For this purpose, we have modern software tools such as Zendesk, Jira, TeamViewer, and the good old telephone at our disposal. Our help is tailored to the customer's needs and ensures sustainable solutions.
