Job Duties:
- Work with the service manager and the parts manager to complete work orders and enter them into an ERP system.
- Work within a CRM software (SalesForce) to track and manage work orders.
- Work with the service team to maintain a tracker of the work completed and to help schedule customers for a technician to be dispatched.
- Manage complaints and help resolve customer grievances.
- Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
- Enforce deadlines with the service technicians to submit necessary paperwork to invoice service orders.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the technicians have the correct parts and that the customers receive service quotes and invoices within a reasonable amount of time.
- Serve as an administrator for computer work the service department might need assistance with.
- Build relationships with customers and learn the snow removal equipment industry to help identify the customer’s needs to match with services we can provide to enhance their capabilities.
- Monitors the production schedule, communicating with the engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and service departments to ensure customer requirements and on-time delivery are met.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of computer software and an ability to learn new software

- Associate degree from two-year college or university and/or two or more years of related experience and/or training.
