They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their dynamic team and play a key role in the successful completion of mission-critical projects.
Job Description : As a Construction Superintendent specializing in Data Centers and Mission Critical Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
- Quality Control : Monitor and maintain the highest standards of construction quality and workmanship throughout the project.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and open communication to address concerns and provide project updates.
- Problem Solving : Identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly, making informed decisions to keep the project on track.
- Budget Management : Control project costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the budget, including monitoring subcontractor contracts and change orders.
