What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Super position at AEC National Recruiters?
Representing a leader in the industry, we are seeking experienced field superintendents with HVAC knowledge to join the team of a well-respected, well-established specialty contractor with offices on Long Island and Westchester County. Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs; Long Island and Westchester.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Super WILL BE directly accountable for all aspects of assigned projects from award to closeout.
- Work in tandem with our PMs, GCs and other trades, suppliers, etc., to create and implement project schedules to meet customer deadlines while managing project costs
- Ensure compliance with facilities and authorities and all health & safety requirements on projects
- Coordination of subs as needed
- Coordinating workers to meet project schedule
