What You’ll Do
Implement the firm’s BIM and digital practice strategy, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives.
Oversee BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows to optimize efficiency and consistency across teams.
Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to project teams, ensuring the effective use of BIM tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
Research and integrate emerging digital technologies such as automation, computational design, digital twins, and VR / AR applications.
Lead firmwide initiatives to improve digital project delivery, including scripting, automation.
About You
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
8 years of experience in BIM management, digital practice, or technology-driven design within an architecture firm.
Expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360, with knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, or other computational design tools.
Experience providing training, providing technical support, and driving technology adoption across a firm.
