The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across an architecture firm. This role requires a BIM leader who can optimize workflows, provide technical support, and ensure project execution through BIM standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain firm-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
Provide strategic leadership on BIM technology adoption and innovation as it relates to architecture project delivery.
Manage BIM project setup and ensure adherence to project standards.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure BIM integration throughout project lifecycles.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff on BIM software and workflows.
Oversee model coordination and quality control of digital models.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software advancements.
Work closely with IT and leadership teams to enhance digital design strategies.
Establish and maintain template files, families, and content libraries.
Assist in troubleshooting BIM-related challenges and optimizing project efficiency.

About You :
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in BIM management within an architecture or design firm.
Expertise in Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related software.
Knowledge of interoperability between BIM and other project delivery technologies.
Experience with Dynamo, scripting, and automation tools is a plus.
Ability to develop and implement BIM standards and training programs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital design.
