What You’ll Do : Work closely with Structural Engineers, other Designers, Project Managers, and clients to translate building solutions into design concepts.Create detailed 2D and 3D structural technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit, translating sketches and design concepts into construction documents.Apply design standards, industry practices, and drafting techniques to ensure precision and quality.Coordinate and implement CAD and BIM workflows to ensure models meet project-specific requirements and standards.Support the engineering team by resolving drafting challenges and ensuring structural requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. What You’ll Need : An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or Revit.5 years of experience in structural drafting or design, preferably in building projects.Strong understanding of structural design principles, materials (steel, concrete, wood), and construction techniques.The ability to produce high-quality document sets.Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
