This is not a one-size-fits-all position. You’ll have the freedom to focus on what you love—whether that’s early-stage design, technical documentation, project leadership, or a mix of all three.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the production of drawing sets and project documentation
- Coordinate design development through all phases of a project
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive team culture
- Take ownership of your projects and help shape their success
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in architecture
- 3-10 years of experience in architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (SketchUp, Enscape, and Bluebeam a plus)
- Strong understanding of how buildings go together and how to communicate that in a drawing set
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Licensure is not required
