Commercial Solar Installer Crew Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PV Installer Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a crew of 5-10 individuals in the installation of commercial solar racking systems and photovoltaic (PV) modules. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project layouts, interpreting blueprints, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing crew performance.

Our projects cover the entire state of Connecticut, so candidates must be willing and able to travel to various locations within the state.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crew Leader in commercial solar installations.
• Candidates with only residential solar experience will not be considered.
• Applicants with Crew Leader experience in other industries who are eager to transition to solar are encouraged to apply. Training as an installer will be provided, with opportunities to advance to a Crew Leader role upon demonstrating proficiency in solar installations.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications, including Van and Gas card, 401K, profit sharing.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• 8-hour shifts.
