We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Project Manager to join our client's Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPFP) team in their Greensboro or Raleigh, North Carolina office.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical expertise on high-impact projects, guiding them from initial concept to completion. You'll have the opportunity to shape complex engineering initiatives, working closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Manage multiple, simultaneous projects across all stages-from concept design to construction completion. Guide project teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with an emphasis on high technical quality.
- Design and Quality Control : Participate in and review construction documents, drawings, reports, submittals, and proposals to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure all design components align with project specifications.
- Field Coordination : Conduct and coordinate field measurements, data collection, and site inspections. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Client and Team Collaboration : Attend design coordination meetings with clients and team members, foster strong client relationships, and actively participate in peer reviews to enhance quality and mitigate risk.
- Financial Oversight : Prepare monthly projections, track project milestones, and assist with billing and invoicing.
- Mentorship and Development : Mentor junior engineers and team members, sharing technical expertise and supporting their professional growth.
- Business Development Support : Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations.
