What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Civil Engineer - Project Manager position at AEC Talent Acquisition?
We are seeking a full-time professional engineer (PE) licensed in Florida to be located in Winter Park, Florida. Ideal candidates will have site-civil engineering design, permitting, and project management experience in Central Florida with a wide range of projects consisting of apartments, single-family residential, commercial, transportation overlay, master planning, assisted living facilities, student housing, municipal and multiple institutional uses.
Our client represents primarily private clients, including property owners, developers, end-user operators, homebuilders, and design-build contractors in all phases of development for ALF/ILF, medical, hospitals, commercial/retail, industrial, office, residential, multifamily and mixed-use projects. Our client has proven successful in overseeing the permitting design and plans preparation for the site/civil-related development projects, proposal preparations, feasibility studies, budgeting, billing, client coordination, etc. while meeting demanding schedules.
Requirements:
• Skilled in land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial and material resources management, leading internal teams, and coordinating meetings and calls with clients and sub-consultants
• Single-family, townhome, and multi-family residential development project experience
• Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
• Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
• Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility design experience
• Construction administration, observation, and certification experience
Qualifications:
• B.S. in civil engineering
• Must have Florida professional engineer (PE) license
• Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage design experience
• Proficient in producing construction plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D
