Position Overview :
The Account Representative will oversee customers’ annual maintenance programs, renewals, queries, and data entry. They will be Program Customer’s main contact for all their customer service needs including but not limited to process requests for additional AEDs, scheduling inspections, and account check-ins. Traveling to outer islands for inspections and meetings with customers.
Responsibilities :
Communicate with customers through various channels such as CRM, phone, email, and in-person.
Schedule and perform inspection visits for in-house inspectors or self
Use Quickbooks to create estimates, invoices, and status reports
Process customer orders, service contracts and service requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and annual programs.
Work with Purchasing and Distribution to ensure adequate stock is available for Program customers
Perform site walks for new customers or customers looking to expand their contracts.
Conduct in-services for new and current customers.
Schedule and deliver replacement parts to customers as needed
Requirements :
Must live on Oahu, in Hawaii.
Possess reliable transportation.
Clean Department of Motor Vehicle record.
Ability to travel to outer islands after completion of orientation period.
High school diploma at a minimum. Experience in customer service desired.
Active listener. Candidate must be able to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate
Speak clearly. Candidate must be able to talk to others to convey information effectively.
Service Orientation. Candidate must understand and be able to look for ways to help people and grow the customer network.
Computer Skills. Candidate must have a strong understanding of Apple and Mac computers, word documents, excel sheets, Google, and other internet programs.
Critical Thinking. Candidate must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. We value a candidate that thinks out of the box and is always looking for ways to improve services.
Time Management and Coordination of Tasks. Candidate must be able to organize, plan, and prioritize work by developing specific goals and plans to accomplish the workload. Ability to effectively transition from one task to the next while remaining cognizant of deadlines.
Calm under pressure. Ability to stay calm when working with customers or multitasking.
