What are the responsibilities and job description for the AED Inspector-Hawaii-Neighbor Islands position at AED Institute?

Position Overview:
AED Inspector will represent AED Institute at neighbor island customer’s facilities and perform inspections, in-services, and occasional check-ins with customers. This position allows for growth into sales and customer service.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role):
- Service AED cabinets and AED equipment for wear and tear and expiration of pads and batteries for both cabinet and AED device.
- Teach AED inservice sessions and recommend Community Training Programs.
- inspection documents collected prior to inspection, pick-up pulled inventory from stock to make sure stock is recorded to the proper client
- Demonstrates product and company knowledge to be able to suggestive sell items specific to client's need
- First Aid restocking (dependent on job location)
- Data and documentation entry of inspections and supplies
- Work with supervisor to identify stock needs, assist with receiving stock, transfer stock, and restocking shelves
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned by supervisor
KPI’s (Expected Accomplishments):
- Maintain 90% accuracy in inspection reports.
- Report all necessary inspection repairs to supervisor within 24 hours of inspection.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Travel to neighbor island customers required
- Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with others.
- Must be detailed oriented for data and document entries
- Must be able to schedule flights for inter-island travel early morning and early evenings
- Hawaii Issued Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem solving skills and good judgement
- Current CPR completion card, preferred but not required.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Clear handwriting and ability to use a calculator & Mac computer
- Must pass federal background check
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Ability to stand for an extended periods
