Job Summary:
AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Human Resources/Talent Development Department, we have an opportunity for an intern to engage in HR Operations, which will include administration, onboarding and offboarding, talent development, and HR projects and initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions
- Assist with offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork
- Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives
- Support the setup and management of a development-focused coaching program.
- Help launch a succession management process at AEG, including creating communications & support resources, mapping skills and competencies to specific job roles, and assisting with the pilot launch.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Must be motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Must be able to pivot gracefully to accomplish prioritized tasks in a high-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small.
- Must be a self-starter.
- The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.

Pay Scale: $19.00 - $21.00
