Aegis Administration is a leading administrator in the home and vehicle service contract industry. We work with sellers and finance companies to provide top-tier service and seamless support. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Accounting & Account Management Team.
The Role
This isn’t your typical accounting job — we need someone who understands the service contract industry inside and out. You’ll handle key accounting and operational tasks, but you’ll also play a critical role in managing relationships with sellers, handling adjustments, and keeping things running smoothly between all parties.
What You’ll Do
- Manage rate adjustments and contract changes based on seller requests and compliance needs.
- Oversee billing, ROP (Return of Premium) processing, and account reconciliations.
- Serve as a primary contact for sellers and finance companies, addressing billing questions, processing adjustments, and ensuring accurate account records.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure rates, fees, and terms align with agreements.
- Assist with general accounting functions tied to policy sales, cancellations, and reserves.
- Track and resolve discrepancies between reported sales, financing data, and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of seller correspondence and ensure clear documentation of all changes or adjustments.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry experience is a must — home warranty, vehicle service contracts, or other F&I/administration experience preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting and reconciliation processes (formal accounting background is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills — you’ll be working directly with sellers and finance companies regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting software, and CRM systems is helpful.
