Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your 10 years of experience in working with Federal Government financial systems to architect innovative solutions.
- Apply your significant design and development experience to create cutting-edge solutions that align with client's organization's needs.
- Utilize your extensive large and small group training expertise to guide Federal Agencies or Departments in the application and use of process improvement applications, analytical tools, and techniques.
- Harness your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Platform, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, and DocuSign, to develop and implement transformative solutions.
- Demonstrate your adeptness at leading meetings with clients and effectively presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technological solutions into existing processes.
- Champion innovation and stay current with industry trends to continuously enhance our solution offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 10 Years Experience: You bring a decade or more of hands-on experience working with Federal Government financial systems.
- Academic Background: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven Design and Development: Your experience includes significant design and development contributions to complex projects.
- Training Excellence: You possess a strong track record of delivering large and small group training on process improvement applications, analytical tools, and techniques.
- Microsoft 365 Mastery: Your proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Power Platform, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, and DocuSign, sets you apart. MS certification is a plus.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: You excel at creative problem-solving and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Strong Communication: Your effective communication skills allow you to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: You have a proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor teams towards successful project outcomes.
- **4-7 Years of Experience in MS Operational Automation Software Families**
- Proficiency in Microsoft OneNote for customized group and one-on-one training.
- Proficiency in Power Automate for training on process automation.
- Proficiency in Power Query and Power Pivots for training on data management.
- Proficiency in Power BI for training on report development.
- Proficiency in Power Apps for training on app development.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, and DocuSign.
- **Documentation and technical writing (e.g., SOP, User Guide, UAT results).
- **Accounting and finance background/understanding.
- **Federal background and consulting experience preferred.
