What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at Aegis Hawaii Payroll?
Aegis Hawaii is looking for Full-time and Part-time team members who can assist and support with daily workflows for our team and clients. We are also looking for individuals with a growth mindset who are interested in learning about the industry and improving internal processes. After introductory periods, employee benefits such as Medical / Dental / Supplemental Insurance, 401k and other benefits that employee can become eligible for after 1 year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Team Calendars to indicate availability and tasks.
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff and clients
- Review client information and enter into relevant software databases
- Provide status updates to clients on expected deliveries.
- Complete additional tasks as required.

- Excellent communication skills and comfortable communicating with high-level staff.
- Dedicated work ethic and collaborative spirit to help the team and organization meet its goal
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Data entry and office filing experience
- Driver’s license
- Ability to move 25 pounds, bend stretch, and stand for extended periods
