Compensation & Details

  • Pay : $21-$26 / visit (DOE)
  • Status : Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)
  • Schedule : Flexible, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Location : Omaha, NE

    Job Responsibilities

  • Support patients' performance and engagement in daily activities to enhance health and quality of life.
  • Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
  • Educate patients on adaptive techniques to accomplish tasks and maximize independence.
  • Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment.
  • Evaluate home and environmental needs and provide recommendations for modifications.
  • Provide education and guidance to family members and caregivers.
  • Prepare clinical and progress notes and participate in in-service education.
  • Follow agency policies and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate of a two-year college-level program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association .
  • Licensed, registered, or certified as a COTA in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
  • Proof of current auto insurance and registration.
  • Valid NE fingerprint clearance card (we can help obtain this).
  • Current CPR Certification (we can help) and negative TB test (we can test).
