COMPENSATION: $90k-$120k/Annual DOE
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: Schedule Flexibility M-F 8am - 5pm
LOCATION: Openings throughout the West Side and Scottsdale

Job Summary
- Address patient's performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being, and life quality
- Select appropriate occupational therapy treatment model, method, and approach to direct the process of interventions
- Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL)
- Teach patient's new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components
- Assess patient's home and other environments and advise on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities
- Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
- Guide and educate family members and caregivers
- Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short-term treatment goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Current Licensed, registered of Certified in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with different types of personalities
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement
- Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
- Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
- Proof of current auto insurance & registration
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
- Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
