Job Description
We are growing and looking for self-motivated individuals who are ready for an excellent career in a great team environment. We are focused on providing real estate brokers a combination of technology forward yet boutique feeling title and escrow experience for their clients. Making brokers look great in front of their valuable customers is our number one goal.
Ideal candidates for our Sales position will be energetic, positive, and organized professionals who are able to effectively create relationships within the real estate market. Phone etiquette, ability to manage/train/problem solve technology and a desire to excel are a must!

- The person who is successful in this role should be making 80k after the 1st year, 100k after the 3rd year and 150k after that.
Responsibilities:
- High volume out-bound daily prospecting via in-person meetings, phone, email, txt, MS Teams and/or Zoom.
- Developing relationships & following up with prospects and existing accounts as they are created.
- Consultative selling: Making recommendations that best suit our customer’s needs, helping them with our technology, creating a collaborative communication environment with other teams and building a success path both internally and externally for the customer.
- Building rapport with office managers, practice managers, and other key decision makers
- Achieving quarterly sales and activity goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience would be nice to have.
- Some knowledge of real estate or lending a huge plus.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate over the phone, via MS Teams / Zoom and extremely comfortable with technology.
