**Aegis **is partnered with a prominent manufacturer in the Fayetteville, TN area and they are in need of maintenance technicians to join their growing team!
- Pay: $29-$31/hr $1 premium
- 2nd shift (M-F, 8 hours)
- Overtime available
- Direct hire & full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Preventative and predictive maintenance on facility equipment
- Maintenance on automated equipment such as Robotics and PLC's
- Prioritizes planned, preventive, predictive, and project maintenance activity for assigned lab areas in concert with production schedules and equipment maintenance needs.
- Creates, adds or changes PM`s in CMMS as needed.
- Schedules maintenance activities with contractors on Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications:
- Electrical, mechanical, Multi-craft knowledge
- Robotics experience
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- 5 years of experience
You should be proficient in:
- Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- Electrical Repair
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Omron)
- Conveyor Systems
- Servo Motors
- Industrial Robot (Yaskawa Motoman)
