Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a true multi-craft technician role, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of automated and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Work with VFDs (ABB), vision systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, Omron and Siemens PLCs.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on stamping presses, injection molding machines, paint equipment, and assembly lines.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to conveyors, hydraulic systems, and controls.
Support production by ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolutions to equipment failures.
Work overtime as needed, including frequent Saturday PM work.
Qualifications:
3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechatronics, electrical, and automation systems.
Experience with hydraulics, VFDs, PLCs, and robotics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work overtime and occasional extended shifts for urgent repairs.
