Responsibilities:

• Expert Machine Operation
  Execute the setup and smooth operation of CNC milling and lathe machines, referring to work orders and engineering drawings.
  Decide on the correct tools and configurations for each task, loading appropriately calibrated programs to achieve desired precision.
• Advanced Programming
  Transform complex technical drawings and CAD designs into machine instructions through sophisticated programming, adjusting for efficiency and rectifying any emerging issues.
• Machining Excellence
  Engage in diverse machining operations, adapting as needed to maintain precision across a range of materials.
• Rigorous Quality Check
  Use precision tools to verify that all products adhere to specified tolerances, maintaining the integrity of manufacturing processes through regular machine upkeep.

• Competency in operating various CNC machines, including advanced multi-axis models.
• Ability to solve technical issues with finesse and accuracy, ensuring optimal machine performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal certification in CNC operation and programming.

Physical Demands:

• Capable of lifting parts up to 50 lbs and working in extended standing positions within a machine shop setup.
