Job Title: Toolmaker (Tool & Die, Stamping)

We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker with expertise in tool & die making and stamping to join our team. This role is responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining precision dies and tooling used in metal stamping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong machining skills, attention to detail, and experience working with various materials and stamping equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair progressive dies, transfer dies, and stamping tools according to blueprints and specifications.
- Set up and operate various machining equipment, including lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC machines.
- Perform die maintenance, troubleshooting, and modifications to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain precision and accuracy in tooling.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling efficiency and performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in tool & die making and stamping operations (5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of metal stamping processes, die components, and machining techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings to create precision tooling.
- Proficiency in using manual and CNC machining equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
