Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk
is responsible for
keying important data into our different systems
to
efficiently process the received mailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholding
a high level
of quality and commitment to
Moore RMG
.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Key check information in to our database
- Update addresses, phone numbers and email
addresses.
- Flag documents that need to be removed or
corrected.
- Following batches as needed
- Maintain
accurate
piece count and report daily to the
supervisor.
- Perform other duties as
assigned.
- Ability to work overtime including Saturday during times of mail fluctuations.
- Ability to maneuver between departments
minimum of 100 feet,
maximum of 600 feet at a time
.
This would be 10% of the time.
- Ability to
remain
on production floor until breaktimes.
- Ability to be at a desk 90% of the time.
- Ability to lift
10
lbs.

Education and Experience:
- GED, or Highschool diploma preferred
- 35 WPM with great accuracy
- 10 Key experience - 20 WPM
