General Responsibilities Include
- Review and maintain the commissioning plan and checklist developed by the project team, ensuring it aligns with the owner’s expectations and project goals.
- Track and monitor the commissioning schedule, identifying potential delays, and advising the team on any required adjustments.
- Conduct regular site inspections on behalf of the owner to verify that commissioning activities are proceeding according to the approved plan, schedule and standards.
- Provide the owner with weekly and monthly commissioning status reports, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
- Track deficiencies identified during commissioning, ensure they are communicated to the contractor, and monitor corrective actions until they are resolved to the owner’s satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the owner, commissioning team, and contractors, facilitating communication, meetings, and resolution of any commissioning-related issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively track and manage commissioning activities and reports.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear, concise, and timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, facilitating effective communication between the owner, commissioning team, and contractors.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and working styles to enhance team collaboration and project success.
