Position Description: Business Development Professional-Security Card Services
Locations: Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana
Reports to: President
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Business Development Professional to drive the growth of our Security Guard Services across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. This role combines strategic sales execution, active prospecting, and client engagement to achieve ambitious revenue goals. The successful candidate will build relationships will build relationships with clients, close deals, and represent the company at BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association) events to foster brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, and leveraging existing accounts.
- New Client Appointments: Schedule at least four new client meetings weekly and close a minimum of two new security guard service accounts per month.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve an annual security guard revenue quota of $2,500,000 by executing effective sales strategies.
- Event Engagement: Attend local BOMA and IFMA events to build networks and enhance brand presence.
Strategic Sales Execution
- Develop and implement structured sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and retention targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and contracts that clearly communicate the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account transitions and service delivery.

CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in HubSpot CRM.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales growth, client retention, and service quality.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in business development, client success, or sales, preferably in the security or service industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Attributes
- Client-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with security industry trends and services is a plus.
Travel
- Willingness to travel within Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana to meet clients and attend industry events.
