- Ensure construction is completed safely and project execution meets defined quality control and quality assurance standards with clear, supporting documentation.
- Leverage understanding of excellence in construction to provide timely feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Employ quality tools to analyze and evaluate data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply statistical data tools and automation for tracking performance and continuous improvement.
- Support strong quality and safety culture through interactions with site personnel and subcontractors.
- Multiply the impact and effectiveness of the quality / safety team by highlighting ways everyone can 'make it better'.
